Cost of a full set of plans is $495.00

Plans are available "as is" or with changes for additional costs. Plan set includes 5 sets of construction bluelines. Additional plans sets are available for $10.00 for one story homes and $13 for two story homes. Add $50 for mirrored plans.
Plan set consists of:
  1. Floor Plan
  2. Electrical plan
  3. Four exterior elevations
  4. Structural plans
  5. Roof plan
  6. Cabinet elevations
  7. Details
Plot plans, foundation engineering, material takeoffs, and material and labor specifications, if desired, are produced on a custom basis at a set rate established before work begins. This rate is usually a few to several hundred dollars above the base price..
