 | Plans are available "as is" or with changes for
additional costs. Plan set includes 5 sets of
construction bluelines. Additional plans sets are
available for $10.00 for one story homes and $13 for
two story homes. Add $50 for mirrored plans. |

| Plot plans, foundation engineering, material takeoffs, and
material and labor specifications, if desired, are produced on a custom basis at a set
rate established before work begins. This rate is
usually a few to several hundred dollars above the base price.. |
