B&DI, Inc. designs approximately 25 projects a year in the Austin area in addition to building a few special homes. The majority of these are custom homes.  Few designers in the Austin area produce as complete and professional a set of plans as B&DI, Inc.

Starting at $1.19 per square foot, B&DI, Inc. will provide a complete set of residential plans including the following: floor plan, four elevations, foundation plan, ceiling and roof structurals, electrical plan, and cabinet elevations. Please add $0.10 per square foot for two story houses and $0.05 per square foot for houses under 2000 square feet.

Commercial projects are generally less expensive per square foot and are priced on an individual basis.

Above prices include adequate design and change time allowance.

We will build to your specifications any size home or any commercial structure under 20,000 square feet. You have the freedom to choose each and every detail of your home.

Building from our stock plans will save you time and money. Stock plans are listed on this Web site. If you do not see one you like, please contact us with your requirements. We may have the plan for you or we can design one from scratch.
