About the Owner

Tom Gleinser was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He has been married to Diane for 37 years and has two sons, Joe  and Daryl.

He has been building and designing homes and commercial projects since 1974. During his career he has built, managed, designed, or supervised the construction of over 1000 homes as well as more than 4 million square feet of commercial projects.

Tom moved to California in 1986 in order to enjoy its building boom and moved back to Texas in 1993. He makes his home in Dripping Springs, Texas.

In addition to working for major home builders in San Antonio and California, he has designed and built custom and speculative homes as B&DI, Inc.'s owner and president.

His knowledge of home design and construction has enabled him to produce a product that few architects can match. He learned building and design by doing it, not by sitting in a class room.

Tom has always given more to a customer than he has promised. His integrity and dedication to satisfying a customer is second to none.
